Introduction

The Fluke 718Ex 30G Intrinsically Safe Pressure Calibrator is a robust, self-contained solution tailored for pressure calibration tasks in potentially explosive atmospheres. Compliant with ATEX II 1G EEx ia IIC T4 standards, it ensures safety and reliability in hazardous environments. Equipped with an integrated pressure/vacuum hand pump featuring a fine adjustment vernier and bleed valve, it facilitates efficient pressure generation and precise adjustments. The calibrator measures pressure within a range of -12 to 30 psi (-830 mbar to 2 bar) with 0.05% full-scale accuracy and can also measure current (mA) with 0.015% accuracy and 0.001 mA resolution. Its user-friendly interface includes functions such as zero, min/max, hold, and damp, enhancing usability in various calibration tasks. The device is EMI tolerant, dust and splash resistant, and features a removable battery door for quick battery changes. Additionally, it supports pressure switch testing and offers multiple selectable measurement units.
