At times, we may need to charge for post-sale technical support services for situations outside the scope of our industry-leading warranty period and world-class customer service. Ifwe have requested that youpay for technical support services beyond our normal level of customer service, this “product page” is where you can do so.

Each $75 “unit” you put in your cart is equal to 30-minutes of phone, email, or remote log-in support from one of our engineers. For example, if your issue is determined to require 1.5 hours of support, please add quantity (3) three to your cart.
