• For exterior and interior doors that are 4’0″ maximum width and 8’6″ maximum height.
• 90 degree hold open feature
• Built in stop prevents door from swinging beyond desired opening degree, and it prevents it from swinging in both directions. Check the Handing Chart under the downloads tab to properly hand these pivot sets.
• Separate independent hydraulic valves for closing, latch and backcheck adjustments.
• Vertical and horizontal door adjustment.
• Includes top pivot.
• Also available for installations where you are pouring concrete around this hinge is a “Cement Case”, our SKU 899016.
