Introduction

The Vextra is designed to grind steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals for the Ex ZONE where spark reduction is a priority. Also great for removing rust, burrs, mill scale, paint on metal surface as well as epoxy, glues and adhesives without clogging the grinding surface. The sandwich construction with rubber makes the grinding disc light, reduces vibration and noise to reduce fatigue of an operator. The Vextra has an optimized diamond grit and layer arrangement offering a long life and consistent performance without downtime. You can maximize the wheel coverage by grinding flat to improve productivity and efficiency. The Vextra grinding disc can be used on natural stones, engineered stone/quartz surface, wood and rubber. Vextra grinding disc is available in 4.5, 5 and 7 with 7/8 arbor or with 5/8-11 zinc hub.
